Craig Chalmers

Craig has a depth of experience having worked in the property industry for over twenty years in all areas including Development, Property Management, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential. Having worked for top property companies in both Auckland and Nelson including Progressive Enterprises, Viaduct Harbour Holdings, Broadway Park, Goldpine and Gibbons Holdings Ltd.
Craig has extensive experience and has been involved in various developments, ranging from luxury apartment towers, to large format bulk retail, large scale warehousing and land sub-divisions. With additional experience in negotiating sales, leases and ground leases across all asset classes.

With a background in team management, documentation and directory maintenance, Liz has an expertise in assisting various daily operations and resolving day-to-day operational problems.
She supports the team across all leasing and sales projects along with the responsibility of the various administrative functions of the business.
Away from the office, Liz likes spending time with family, cooking, reading and shopping.

Tina brings fresh insights to the team by brainstorming potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services. She is responsible for overseeing, planning, developing and implementing marketing communication campaigns.
Her educational background enables her to enhance the capabilities by adding value in all respects of IT, be it maintaining the website, observing data analytics or updating databases.
Away from the office, she spends time keeping active, going for hikes, travelling around New Zealand and scoping out the best shopping stores.
